Why do I have to register online for an account with you?
Registering with us is FREE ! - When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your account, so you do not have to resubmit your details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process. You can also check final order cost, delivery cost and also the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online in your own personal account area by clicking on My Account.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept Visa Card, Master Card & Bank Deposit payments via the Secure (SSL) PayPal Checkout.
Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
Yes, all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or has been dispatched. You will also receive an automated email, telling you when your order is being processed or has been dispatched.
What happens if the item/s I ordered are not in stock or no longer available?
If you place a order withs us and for some reason the item/s are not in stock, you will be contacted by email and asked if you would like to wait until the item/s come in, or would like to order another of a different colour. If item/s you have ordered are not in stock and are no longer stocked by us, you will be contacted by email and asked if you would like a equivilant item of equal value, or if you wish to cancel your order. In the case of cancelling an order, you will be refunded your payment in full.
Do prices include or exclude GST and what does delivery cost?
All items and products listed within our online store are subject to 10% GST, which is applied and displayed prior to completing the order process. This method of applying GST is solely to display the genuine tax amount charged, instead of it being hidden in the total price, and is no way meant to be misleading. To find out the total cost of an order with GST & Delivery, please log into you Free Account add you required items to the shopping basket & then choose your relevant delivery option.
How long does delivery take?
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery, but in most cases you should usually recieve your order within 14 working day.
Which areas of Australia do you deliver too?
We deliver to all states of Australia, No international orders are accepted.
