Ordering and Delivery We have the right at any time to change delivery charges, if wrong method is accepted at checkout. An email will be sent to the custormer requesting additional delivery costs. Orders will not be processed until additional payment has been received. Please refer to our Help and FAQ section for more information. We currently only deliver Australia Wide.
Prices & the GST All listed products within our online store are subject to 10% GST, which is applied & displayed prior to completing your order. This method of applying GST is solely to display the genuine tax amount charged, instead of it being hidden in the total price, and is no way meant to be misleading.

DISCLAIMER Purchaser acknowledges that motorised bikes are inherently dangerous and hazardous, and that use of these bikes involves the risk and danger of serious bodily injury. Additional risks may exist that may not be readily foreseeable. Do not let kids ride unattended. Purchaser agrees to comply with all applicable laws governing the use of the bike, and to observe all appropriate safety precautions, including the wearing of appropriate helmets and protective gear and clothing, and operating the bike safely and under safe conditions. Purchaser fully accepts and assumes responsibility for all such risks, losses, costs, and damages incurred as a result of the use of the bike or participation in any bike racing activity, whether by purchaser or anyone using the bike with or without purchasers permission. We will NOT be liable for any injuries to the rider.
